We're back for year two at the Adidas offices. From one day last year to three days of check-ups for staff. Let's get proactive, preventive, protective about self care and health care.
Free, no-referral ultrasound checks on-site, open to men and women. Ten minutes, results explained on the spot.

Upper abdomen covers liver and gallbladder. Lower abdomen is the female pelvis.
A 4-hour fast means no food or drink beforehand (water is fine). Full bladder means arrive comfortably full, no fasting. No preparation needed for the rest.

A 5K community run hosted by She Runs Collective with adidas and adidas Runners, supporting Phenomenally Pink October. Meet at 9:15am. A pop-up check-up clinic follows, with a limited number of free slots.
Tackle Cancer Weekend
Walk or run 4km or 8km on Sun 1 Nov, not a race. Free entry, or add a hat and socks. Check-ups run on Fri and Sat (HKD 450).
