Tackle Cancer Weekend
Fri 30 October – Sun 1 November · Asphodel Fitness, Kennedy Town
Tackle Cancer Weekend is Phenomenally Group's three-day close to Pink October and opening of Movember, run in partnership with HSBC Life at Asphodel Fitness, Kennedy Town. It brings together two separate things you can take part in this weekend — our annual Tackle Cancer Walk/Run on Sunday, and preventive ultrasound health check-ups running across all three days. Join one, or both. Here's how each one works and how to book.
1Tackle Cancer Walk/Run
Open to All · Sunday 1 November
Our annual Pink Run, reframed to mark the close of Pink October and the start of Movember. A community walk or run at Asphodel Fitness, Kennedy Town — choose 4km or 8km, walk or run, whatever suits you. Every entry, paid or free, helps fund preventive screenings for people who couldn't otherwise access them. Open to everybody.
This is a walk or run by design, not a race — there's no minimum pace and no one gets left behind. Whether you're walking it with friends, running it for a time, or somewhere in between, you're taking part the same way as everyone else on the course. That's the point: showing up matters more than how fast you get there.

Open to All · Fri 30 Oct – Sun 1 Nov · Asphodel Fitness, Kennedy Town
Alongside the run, we're running preventive ultrasound health check-ups across the full weekend — at Asphodel Fitness, Kennedy Town — a real clinical screening, not just an information stall, delivered by a qualified sonographer in around ten to fifteen minutes. Friday and Saturday are open to everyone at a subsidised rate; Sunday is fully free, sponsored by HSBC Life, for domestic helpers and other blue-collar working people of Hong Kong. Each day has its own separate booking link below.
Fri 30 Oct — HKD 450
Subsidised rate, open to everyone. Book & pay directly through Eventbrite.

BookSun 1 Nov — Free
Fully sponsored by HSBC Life. For domestic helpers and other blue-collar working people of Hong Kong. No walk-ins.
BookWhy the difference? Friday and Saturday check-ups are priced at a subsidised rate — HKD 450 covers part of the real cost of running a properly staffed clinic, with Phenomenally Group covering the rest. Sunday's check-ups are fully funded by HSBC Life, at no cost to attendees at all.
“Your postcode and your pay cheque shouldn't determine whether you can access preventive healthcare.”
Cancer screening in Hong Kong's private healthcare system is often quietly unaffordable, and quietly skipped — especially for the domestic helpers and blue-collar workers who keep this city running. Phenomenally Group exists to close that gap: real clinical ultrasound screenings, delivered on-site, with no referral needed. In partnership with HSBC Life, we're delivering 3,000+ free screenings across Hong Kong in 2026. Tackle Cancer Weekend is part of that mission — every Walk/Run entry helps fund a free screening for someone who couldn't otherwise access one.
