2025: Our Year of Clarity and Conviction
Phenomenally GroupShare
A year of impact, connection, and momentum
2025 was the year Phenomenally Group came together in a big way - with clearer focus, deeper community reach, and powerful collaboration across sectors. What started as a bold idea rooted in sport and wellness has grown into a movement that champions proactive health for all.
Early Checks, Bigger Reach
Phenomenally Pink and Phenomenally Mo are grounded in a simple belief: early healthcare saves lives.
This year, we delivered 901 total check‑ups, expanding beyond breast ultrasounds to include upper and lower abdomen, prostate, and thyroid screenings - with plans to launch cervical and testicular checks in 2026.
One standout moment: our longest workplace screening drive ever, spanning 20 days with a single partner - proof that high‑impact preventive care can integrate uniquely with workplace wellbeing.
Moving Men’s Health Forward
In its sixth year, Phenomenally Mo continued building momentum.
More than a third of men who engaged in our programmes completed health screenings - a strong step toward normalising preventive care in spaces where conversations around health can feel hard. From Men’s Mornings to community wellness talks and movement events, we saw authentic connections and honest dialogue flourish.
Sport as a Connector
Sport isn’t our headline - but it connects us.
Across 2025, we teamed up with elite and grassroots rugby, netball, and community sports, including international competition teams, to bring visibility, education, movement, and care into the communities we serve.
We also supported athletes navigating cancer journeys with care packages and ongoing encouragement, because community means being there, on and off the field.
And yes, seeing community members choose to tattoo the Phenomenally Pink symbol was one of the most powerful reminders that awareness, when human and heartfelt, sticks with us.
Community Beyond Clinics
This year included 36+ community events - from screening drives and workplace talks to survivor‑led panels, peer‑support pilots, and run/walk/talk social connections.
We strengthened engagement with domestic helper communities, partnering with organisations and even forming our own domestic helper rugby team, because movement, health access, and belonging go hand in hand.

Powered by People
Phenomenally Group is still small in structure, but huge in heart - powered by entirely volunteers, supporters, and collaborators who show up with care and energy.
In 2025, we:
• Welcomed more external volunteers into our programmes with our first time launch of a volunteer programme
• Received our largest private survivor‑led donation to date
• Achieved official tax‑exempt charity status - a milestone we’ve worked toward for years
