Why Sunday? For many domestic helpers and blue collar workers across Hong Kong, Sunday is often the only day off in the week. This Sunday Special Screening Service exists to meet people on the one day they're actually free — no need to take time off work, no need to choose between an appointment and a pay cheque. Pink October is a good moment to make it routine: ten minutes, on your day off, at no cost.

Good to know

  • This is a free, sponsored check-up — please book one per person
  • Can't make it? Please cancel via the link at the bottom of your confirmation email so we can offer your slot to someone else
  • Your data is kept confidential and used in anonymised form only

Your postcode and your pay cheque shouldn't determine whether you can access preventive healthcare.

Sponsored and co-hosted by OT&P. Delivered by Phenomenally Group.

About Phenomenally Group: We started on a rugby pitch in Hong Kong in 2019 by a group of friends who wanted to tackle cancer, and protect more people and lives from it, due to a personal loss. Today, we're a registered Hong Kong charity running free screening drives across the city, built around one idea: that preventive health should be part of everyday life — not a privilege, not an afterthought, and definitely not something to put off.

What we do

  • Free, no-referral ultrasound screenings across Hong Kong and into the Greater Bay Area — breast, thyroid, abdominal (upper and lower), prostate and testicular
  • On-site delivery where people already are: schools, workplaces, sports events and community spaces
  • Sunday screening sessions for domestic helpers and blue collar workers, on their one day off
  • Free screenings every month, for over 20 consecutive months

Our mission: To enable and maximise access to women's and men's health screenings through approachable community events.

Our vision: To build a community promoting proactive women's and men's health awareness and action for early detection and prevention.

Our promise: Proactive. Preventive. Protective. Everything we do is built around these three principles — getting ahead of health risks, catching things early, and building a community strong enough to look out for each other.

Our values: Community · Accessibility · Action. Knowing is the start. Doing is the point.

Phenomenally Group is a registered Hong Kong charity (File No. 91/20184).

Why "Protect Your Ball"? In Cantonese, 波 (bo1) colloquially refers to breasts. In English, "ball" is a nod to testicular health. And of course, the ball is what brings us all together on the field. Three meanings, one tagline — one simple message: get checked.
