What to expect

• Each check-up takes approximately 10 minutes
• Results shared verbally on the day by our registered sonographer
• Written reports available on request for HKD 350, charged directly by SonoExpress

How to prepare

• Breast, thyroid and testicular screenings: no preparation needed
• Lower abdomen (pelvis) and prostate screenings: full bladder — drink water and avoid urinating for 1 hour before your appointment, no fasting required
• Upper abdomen (liver & gallbladder) screenings: fast for 4 hours before your appointment — no food or drink except water

• Each person is entitled to a maximum of 2 free ultrasound screenings through this event
• Additional screening types beyond your first 2 can be arranged directly with SonoExpress at 50% off their standard rate — see our resources page for details

• All examinations are conducted by registered sonographers

About Phenomenally Group: We started on a rugby pitch in Hong Kong in 2019 by a group of friends who wanted to tackle cancer, and protect more people and lives from it, due to a personal loss.
