Extra-slot appointments are flexible: NF Touch appointments run to their scheduled times first, so you may wait a short while after you arrive. Thank you for your patience.

Free ultrasound screenings at The Mills, Tsuen Wan, hosted with Nan Fung on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026. Six screening types are available, and each takes about 10 minutes.

Pink Run, Saturday 24 October

Run first, then get checked. She Runs Collective x adidas host a 5K community run at The Mills for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, supporting Phenomenally Group. Runner places are still open on the registration page.

• 🏃‍♀️ When: Saturday 24 October, 9:30am to 11:00am (meet at 9:15am)
• 📍 Where: The Mills, 45 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan
• 💗 Dress code: pink is encouraged
• 🩺 After the run: a limited number of check-up slots are available for runners, booked in advance through the link on the registration page

Before you come

• 🍽️ Upper abdomen: no food for 4 hours before your appointment.
• 🚰 Lower abdomen and prostate: arrive with a full bladder.
• ✅ Breast, thyroid and scrotum / testicular: no preparation needed.
• 🪪 Bring your HKID and arrive 10 minutes early.
• 📱 Show your booking confirmation at check-in.

What to expect

• ⏱️ Each scan takes about 10 minutes.
• 🗣️ Results are shared verbally on the day.
• 📄 A written report is not included. It can be requested separately and paid directly to the clinic.
• 🩺 Ultrasound screening is preventive and is not a diagnosis.
